Senior Recruiter (PSP / High Risk)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Recruiter to lead a scalable talent acquisition function for a fast‑growing international technology company based in Switzerland. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, shape hiring processes from scratch, and partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to attract top talent across technical and business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles, from defining profiles to onboarding.
• Design and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging inbound channels, referrals, and proactive talent acquisition.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess technical abilities, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Introduce modern recruiting tools, including AI‑powered solutions, to increase efficiency.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to refine hiring strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience covering both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage senior‑level passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience building recruitment processes independently.
