About the role
As a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Europe, focusing on the DACH region while supporting global hiring projects. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to design hiring strategies and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Europe, with a focus on DACH.
- Conduct intake meetings, develop sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, manage offers and support onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and develop innovative sourcing approaches for hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Maintain recruitment data in the ATS, track KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in an international, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide strategic hiring guidance.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
