Senior Talent Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to shape the future leadership team of our fast‑growing health‑tech scale‑up. You will act as a strategic advisor to founders and senior leaders, driving end‑to‑end hiring for senior and business‑critical positions while championing an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for senior, leadership and critical roles across the organization.
• Partner with the founder, CEO and senior leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of future leaders aligned with growth objectives.
• Challenge role definitions, seniority levels and hiring priorities to ensure optimal talent fit.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and data analytics.
• Support onboarding to enable new leaders to hit the ground running.
• Mentor and coach junior Talent Partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience hiring senior and leadership positions in startups, scale‑ups or high‑growth environments.
• Proven expertise in direct sourcing and executive outreach.
• Comfortable influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who also enjoys hands‑on execution.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
• Fluent in German and English (C1/C2) with experience conducting senior‑level interviews.
