Senior Tax Specialist – Global Direct & Indirect Taxes

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Specialist to design and operate a best‑in‑class global tax framework as we expand our SaaS business internationally. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will act as a strategic partner, ensuring compliance while enabling rapid market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain direct, indirect, payroll and equity‑compensation tax processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Design transfer‑pricing models and implement VAT/sales‑tax automation solutions.
• Oversee payroll tax controls and stock‑option reporting for employee equity plans.
• Lead tax audits, manage risk, and provide guidance to leadership on regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed tax considerations into product launches and new market expansions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate tax, preferably within a fast‑growing SaaS or technology company.
• Proven ability to operate in multi‑jurisdictional environments and manage complex tax projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills to translate technical tax rules into actionable business advice.
