Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

Jua.ai is building a world‑scale physical AI model and needs a senior recruiter to grow its engineering and technical teams. You will combine deep technical literacy in AI/ML with end‑to‑end recruitment execution, working closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive, high‑quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned with Jua.ai’s growth roadmap.
• Continuously improve interview processes, assessments, and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labour law, visa, and immigration requirements.
• Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and competitor activity.
• Represent Jua.ai at events, hackathons, meetups, and university fairs to strengthen employer branding.
• Support broader People Operations initiatives such as policy updates and data reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience focused on engineering and technical talent in fast‑paced startups or scaling companies.
• Proven track record of owning the end‑to‑end recruitment process and improving hiring workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with founders and senior technical leaders.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts such as model training, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines with both hiring teams and candidates.
• Experience hiring for deep‑tech roles in AI/ML, infrastructure, or related domains.
