Service Industry Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Service Industry Specialist to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will work remotely from Switzerland, using your expertise in linguistics to evaluate chatbot performance, measure progress, and create realistic conversation scenarios in both German and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate the correctness, style, and overall performance of AI‑generated content.
• Measure chatbot progress through structured testing and reporting.
• Design and write novel conversation scripts to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Identify and resolve issues that affect model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and German.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently on your own schedule and computer.
• Only applicants residing in Switzerland will be considered.
