Signage Coordinator

About the role

The Signage Coordinator joins UEFA's Club Competitions Operations & Events team to plan, coordinate and oversee all signage elements for UEFA club competitions and, when needed, national team events. The role ensures high‑quality visual communication across stadiums, media zones and hospitality areas, supporting both men's and women's tournaments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple signage projects, delivering on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external suppliers, venue operators and local authorities.
• Develop and propose innovative signage concepts to enhance visual impact at UEFA venues.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and status reports, providing clear documentation before and after events.
• Organise site visits, brief designers, and oversee production and installation requirements.
• Lead the UEFA Women’s Champions League signage programme throughout the season and act as project leader for the final.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, sports management, marketing operations or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the signage or print production industry, with knowledge of printing methods, materials and installation solutions.
• 4‑6 years of experience in event coordination and delivery.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to relocate to Switzerland or France and travel approximately 10 weeks per year.
