Social Media & Content Lead

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Lead to shape the digital presence of a premium women’s fashion accessories brand. You will own the visual language on Instagram and TikTok, crafting content that reflects the brand’s chic and feminine personality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, following a schedule of 3 posts and 5 stories per week on Instagram and 3 videos per week on TikTok.
• Oversee visual storytelling and ensure all content aligns with the brand identity.
• Manage bi‑weekly newsletters to keep the audience engaged.
• Design and run influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and drive engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, adapt strategies, and report performance using platform analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Strong creative instincts and a refined sense of visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to embody a chic, feminine brand personality through content.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and audience engagement.
• Availability for a part‑time, contract‑based role.
