Social Media Coordinator (English/French/German)

About the role

Join Eli Lilly Switzerland as a Social Media Coordinator, working at the intersection of digital strategy, marketing and corporate communications. You will manage the brand’s social presence across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter and TikTok.
• Coordinate the editorial calendar to align content with disease‑state priorities, corporate communications and business KPIs.
• Localise and create engaging content for Switzerland’s multilingual market (English, French, German).
• Oversee relationships with external social media and creative agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Medical Affairs, IT, Ethics & Compliance and Legal to guarantee compliant digital activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience managing social media in a business context.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, French and German.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated sector in Switzerland.
• Ability to translate complex scientific or medical information into clear, engaging digital formats.
