This contract position offers a remote Social Media Manager opportunity to shape the online presence of three real‑estate businesses. You will design and execute content strategies that boost engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for three real‑estate companies.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation for business accounts.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Availability for ongoing, long‑term remote work.
• Prior experience in the real‑estate or property sector is a plus.
