About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to join our fast‑moving team. You will write and publish engaging content across our social channels, helping to build community and brand awareness for both company and product pages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and publish high‑quality content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others.
• Manage posting schedules for company and product‑specific pages.
• Create meaningful comments to drive conversations and visibility.
• Monitor and respond to follower interactions to support community engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Design teams to align content with initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve content strategy.
• Stay current with social media trends, language and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing or community engagement.
• Strong writing skills with clear, concise and engaging copy.
• Proactive mindset, high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms and their best practices.
• Experience managing multiple brand pages.
