Software Developer - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a remote Software Developer to join a dynamic, customer‑focused team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable applications using modern languages and full‑stack technologies while collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain back‑end and full‑stack solutions with Python, Rust, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality software that meets evolving business needs.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and follow best engineering practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise existing codebases for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly across distributed teams, both in writing and verbally.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Proven ability to build scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience working remotely in agile, collaborative environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
