Software Engineer

About the role

Chipmind is an AI‑native startup that automates chip design and verification. As a full‑time Software Engineer based in Zurich, you will help build the core AI‑driven platform that bridges code and silicon.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and extend software components for AI agents that support chip design and EDA workflows.
• Create intuitive UI/UX elements to improve the developer experience.
• Develop scalable backend services for multi‑agent systems with robust error handling and high‑performance communication.
• Advance DevOps practices, maintain CI/CD pipelines and support pilot customers.

Required profile

• Demonstrated full‑stack development experience with a strong focus on backend infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, deployment automation and CI/CD.
• Ability to solve complex problems quickly in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Flexibility to work on a range of tasks from cloud engineering to AI model fine‑tuning.
