Software Engineer Team Lead

About the role

OneDoc is the leading healthcare platform in Switzerland, serving thousands of professionals and millions of patients. As a Software Engineer Team Lead you will stay hands‑on, writing code and reviewing pull requests while guiding a team of up to ten engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Write code, review PRs and solve complex technical problems alongside your team.
• Define and maintain sound technical architecture, data models and service boundaries.
• Track daily progress with the Head of Delivery, unblock stalled tickets and ensure estimates stay on track.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, set clear objectives and provide honest, timely feedback to each team member.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience with sufficient technical depth to make day‑to‑day decisions.
• Passion for mentorship and proven ability to give constructive, difficult feedback.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey context to the team and honest updates to leadership.
