Solution Manager - Architect (Avaloq Experience)

About the role

Avaloq is seeking an experienced Solution Manager - Architect to design, architect, and oversee end‑to‑end banking solutions on the Avaloq platform. You will act as the technical bridge between business needs and implementation, ensuring scalable and efficient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive banking solutions leveraging Avaloq platform capabilities and best practices.
• Lead solution implementation projects, managing timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to execute solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct solution reviews to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support pre‑sales activities with technical expertise and solution recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience implementing and configuring the Avaloq platform.
• Proven background in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deployment.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
