Solution Manager - Architect (with Avaloq Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Manager - Architect with deep Avaloq expertise to design, architect, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive banking solutions using the Avaloq platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end banking solutions leveraging Avaloq platform capabilities and best practices.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business analysts, developers and quality‑assurance professionals to execute solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Conduct solution reviews and assessments to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder communications, presenting technical concepts and progress updates to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Customize and configure Avaloq modules to meet specific client and organisational requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with Avaloq platform implementation and configuration.
• Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to design scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex solution implementations from design through deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in German is a bonus.
