Spa Attendant – Seasonal Full‑Time Position

About the role

Kempinski is seeking a motivated Spa Attendant to join its winter‑season team at the luxury resort in St. Moritz. You will support the spa and wellness area, ensuring a high‑standard experience for international guests throughout the 2026/2027 season.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise international guests on spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, pool, sauna and fitness areas.
• Monitor safety, hygiene and overall cleanliness across the wellness zone.
• Supervise pool, sauna and fitness facilities to ensure smooth operation.

Required profile

• Completed training as a pool or sauna attendant.
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or wellness role.
• Strong interest in team‑oriented work and ability to perform under pressure.
• Organised, guest‑focused attitude with a high level of quality awareness.
• Good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus.
