Store Manager – Retail

About the role

Etro is seeking a Store Manager for its Mendrisio outlet. You will lead the store team, ensure an exceptional client experience, and uphold the brand’s heritage of creativity and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance through effective business planning.
• Develop and implement clienteling initiatives to increase customer loyalty and spending.
• Represent Etro in the local market, identifying opportunities to attract new clients and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, ensuring high‑quality service and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising, retail operations, and merchandising teams to create compelling store displays.
• Participate in buying sessions when required and provide product feedback based on store needs.
• Enforce company procedures for cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
• Foster a team spirit through clear communication, organization, and professional development.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with a focus on delivering high service standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (visual merchandising, operations, buying).
