Store Manager – Zermatt

About the role

Millet Mountain Group is seeking a Store Manager for its Zermatt shop. You will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while representing the brand’s mountain heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the shop team to deliver exceptional service.
• Achieve sales targets, KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
• Oversee inbound and outbound stock flows and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Provide in‑depth product knowledge to customers and build long‑term relationships.
• Ensure shop standards and operational efficiency are consistently met.

Required profile

• Passionate mountain and outdoor enthusiast.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• 2–3 years retail experience in sports/lifestyle sector.
• Full‑time availability and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
