Strategic Communications & Execution Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Communications & Execution Lead to support a global transformation for a diagnostics industry client. The role is 60‑80% workload, based in Zug, and runs for 12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production of the monthly newsletter, from content sourcing to distribution.
• Drive bi‑weekly and monthly reporting, aggregating progress for leadership updates.
• Translate technical milestones into inspirational success stories for a global audience.
• Design and maintain a holistic map of meeting structures, reporting cycles, and governance rituals.
• Define project infrastructure, including stakeholder lists and high‑level roadmaps.
• Own living assets such as G‑Site, playbooks, and FAQs, conducting quarterly reviews.
• Create a master toolkit of templates, slide decks, and tracking sheets to ensure brand consistency.
• Curate a multimedia video portal and map global training needs.
• Develop transition assets (migration guides, change memos, stage‑gate visuals) to align core projects with bridging solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Business Administration, Information Management or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in global project, PMO or corporate communications environments.
• Strong expertise in information architecture and document governance.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging narratives.
• Excellent English copywriting (C1) and high initiative in fast‑paced settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
• Experience using Confluence.
• Familiarity with a Video Portal CMS.
