Supply Planner – International Healthcare & MedTech

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join a leading international healthcare and medical technology company. You will be responsible for translating demand forecasts, capacity constraints and lead times into actionable replenishment plans across a complex EMEA supply network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans for assigned product portfolios.
• Release, monitor, and adjust planned orders, stock transfers and deployment activities.
• Manage inventory levels, safety stocks and key health indicators.
• Monitor backorders, service levels and order‑fulfilment performance.
• Support allocation decisions during supply‑constrained periods.
• Participate in supply reviews and regional S&OP processes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, quality and global planning teams to resolve supply challenges.
• Assist new product launches, product changes and phase‑out activities.
• Maintain planning master data such as lead times, lot sizes and parameters.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost service levels and reduce inventory risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply, replenishment or inventory planning within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP, deployment and inventory‑management principles.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
