Talent Acquisition & Management Intern

About the role

Join Van Cleef & Arpels’ International HR Team as a Talent Acquisition & Management Intern. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work on global talent initiatives, collaborating with regional teams to enhance attraction and engagement across the Maison. This six‑month internship provides hands‑on experience in international projects within a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing international Talent Acquisition projects and ensure smooth execution.
• Assist the Talent Manager with coordination, communication, and reporting of global Talent Management and development programmes.
• Participate in Talent community exchanges and share best practices.
• Consolidate inputs, feedback and data from markets to monitor progress and update the Talent team.
• Contribute to research, benchmarking and continuous‑improvement projects related to Talent practices.
• Prepare presentations and tracking reports for key Maison stakeholders.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; internship agreement required.
• Excellent organisational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with confidence to propose new ideas.
• Curious, adaptable and driven to achieve results.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
