Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing and recruitment efforts for our Swiss and German businesses. Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and help drive our growth ambitions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and define recruiting priorities.
• Design and execute candidate sourcing strategies using direct approach, advertising, campus recruiting and networking.
• Manage a rigorous screening process, including interviews, skills testing and reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on market intelligence, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and external search partners.
• Provide timely status updates and conduct briefing sessions for hiring managers.
• Oversee the offer stage and coordinate between candidates, hiring managers, HR, Legal and the wider TA team.

Required profile

• Extensive retained search or proactive sourcing experience in an executive search firm or in‑house TA team.
• Proven track record recruiting across multiple disciplines and seniority levels, including executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss and/or German talent markets and an established candidate network.
• Wider European recruitment experience is a plus.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end inclusive recruitment processes.
