Talent Acquisition Manager – Switzerland

About the role

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across Switzerland and Germany, supporting the firm’s growth plans in the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and recruiting priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including direct approach, advertising, campus recruiting and networking.
• Manage a rigorous screening process: interviews, skills testing and referencing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, share market intelligence, promote employer brand and diversity initiatives.
• Coordinate with external search firms and contingent agencies.
• Provide accurate status updates and organize briefing sessions for hiring managers.
• Oversee the offer stage and act as a conduit between candidates, hiring managers, HR, Legal and the wider TA team.

Required profile

• Extensive retained search or proactive sourcing experience from an executive search firm or in‑house TA team.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and seniority levels, including executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss and/or German markets with an established candidate network; broader European experience is a plus.
• Skilled in direct sourcing, candidate engagement and use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
