Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed-term)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Audi Revolut F1® Team on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, you will support the recruitment of top talent for our pioneering Formula 1 project.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies for each role.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and direct search.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, handling end‑to‑end processes across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with high professionalism and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English and German.
