About the role
This position supports a partner company in Switzerland and is fully remote across Europe. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for highly specialized security and technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for security‑focused and technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top cybersecurity talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews to evaluate technical fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular progress updates.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding.
- Collaborate across teams to meet hiring needs promptly and with high quality.
Required profile
- 3+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or specialized talent markets.
- Proven track record recruiting for security or cybersecurity roles.
- Strong competency‑based interviewing skills and ability to assess technical candidates.
- Excellent sourcing abilities using multiple recruitment channels and tools.
- Upper‑Intermediate English (or higher) and strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage several hiring processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective stakeholder management and influence with hiring managers.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with ownership mindset.
