Talent & Growth Manager

About the role

Join Netlight’s Recruitment & Growth team in Zurich as a Talent & Growth Manager. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent initiatives that support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to world‑class onboarding.
• Develop and execute internal and external employer branding activities.
• Drive talent management, equality work and long‑term growth projects.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, mentors and delivery coaches to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Master’s (2024‑2027) or Bachelor’s (2022‑2025) graduate with at least 2 years of full‑time experience.
• Native or business‑level fluency in written and spoken Swiss German.
• Business‑level fluency in English.
• Strong communication, networking and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self‑driven, structured yet adaptable, with a passion for people and the IT sector.
