Technical Coordinator

About the role

As a Technical Coordinator at Nespresso, you will help deliver an exceptional after‑sales service experience by coordinating technical knowledge, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across our service network.

Key responsibilities

• Create and continuously update training materials for machines, processes, and technical topics.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and coaching for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for repair centres, outsourcers, and internal teams, supporting resolution of technical questions and operational challenges.
• Connect people across multiple departments and partners to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze operational and customer service indicators, identify root causes, and contribute to performance improvement.
• Support continuous improvement of repair and after‑sales processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Initial experience in a technical, customer service, training, or operational environment.
• Structured and organized approach with the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and German, with good understanding of English.
