Technical Purchasing Administrator

About the role

Bell Schweiz AG is looking for a Technical Purchasing Administrator in Basel to shape and optimise technical base data and procurement processes. The role combines meticulous data management with procurement tasks and collaboration with suppliers. It is a permanent, full-time position starting on 01.01.2027, with flexitime.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, update and optimise SAP base data, including requests, bulk updates, duplicate checks and archiving
• Create and document workflows, harmonise processes and train staff
• Procure capital goods, spare parts and services: evaluate quotations, negotiate and maintain supplier files
• Support projects and administrative tasks, handle complaints, ensure the flow of information and comply with security requirements

Required profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or basic training in a technical field
• Customer-focused approach
• Excellent German, English and French would be desirable

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office
