Territory Account Executive – Manufacturing

About the role

The Territory Account Executive, Manufacturing joins Salesforce’s Swiss Mid‑Market Sales team, managing and growing a portfolio of mid‑market manufacturing accounts. You will translate customer strategies into Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Position Salesforce solutions across the full portfolio through strategic, value‑based selling, including business case definition and ROI analysis.
• Build and develop C‑level and senior stakeholder relationships, own the end‑to‑end sales cycle and collaborate with Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasting and pipeline management while generating short‑term results and maintaining a long‑term revenue perspective.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organisation with Customer Success, solution architects, and local specialists to deliver a cohesive, outcome‑focused customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven solution‑sales experience selling software to mid‑market or enterprise organisations with a track record of closing commercial deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with C‑level decision makers and translating complex business challenges into Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative, matrixed environment.
• Consistent record of driving growth through new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
