Territory Spine Manager – East

About the role

Globus Medical is seeking a Territory Spine Manager for the Eastern region to drive sales of implant products and related services. The role focuses on building relationships with surgeons and hospital decision‑makers, introducing disruptive capital technologies, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complex sales process for capital technologies and implants across new hospitals.
• Implement market strategies to exceed goals set by senior management.
• Cultivate surgeon and executive support to grow the install base of robotic, imaging, and navigation products.
• Oversee system installation and ensure utilization within the first 90 days.
• Develop a robust pipeline, handle contractual issues, and forecast system sales while managing expenses.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience selling capital equipment in healthcare (spine experience a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven record of top sales performance and ability to introduce new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the operating‑room environment and ability to travel up to 50%.
• German language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
