Venture Capital Intern (4-6 months)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Venture Capital Intern to join our growing investment team. You will work across the full VC lifecycle, from sourcing deals to supporting portfolio companies, gaining hands‑on experience in fund management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and support investment opportunities that shape the fund’s strategy.
• Conduct rigorous analysis, due diligence, and prepare decision memos for the Investment Committee.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives, building a modern, tech‑enabled investment infrastructure.
• Contribute to scaling the fund’s operational platform and institutional processes.
• Develop a strong network within the European startup and VC ecosystem.
• Assist portfolio companies with growth projects, strategic challenges, and follow‑on financing.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a reputable university (Business, Computer Science, STEM or related fields).
• Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and technology, demonstrated through projects or involvement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn new topics.
• Self‑starter attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to go beyond a nine‑to‑five schedule.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
