Vice President, Global Supply Chain

About the role

The Vice President, Global Supply Chain will own the end‑to‑end supply chain strategy for a fast‑growing, highly regulated medical‑device company. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design and execute a scalable, efficient network of manufacturing partners, material suppliers, logistics providers and distribution channels while building the systems and data infrastructure needed for a global start‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the global supply chain vision, focusing on simplification, scalability and operational excellence.
• Assess, design and implement supply chain planning, inventory management, visibility and partner‑integration tools.
• Establish standardized processes, reliable data foundations and performance metrics across the network.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, raw‑material suppliers, logistics partners and distribution hubs.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Care, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial and Finance functions.
• Build and lead a supply chain team, starting as a one‑person department and expanding as the business grows.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in global supply chain, preferably within medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven ability to create supply chain functions from the ground up in high‑growth environments.
• Hands‑on execution mindset combined with strategic vision.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
