Welcome Agent / Receptionist – Day & Night (Winter 2026/27)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Welcome Agent / Receptionist to join our Verbier hotel for the winter season 2026/27. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly service day and night.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and retrieve guest information using computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare and manage letters, memos, reservations and other documents with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, date‑stamping and distribution.
• Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Answer telephone calls and guest inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge their arrival, assist individuals with disabilities and ensure a clean, professional appearance.
• Follow company policies, protect confidential information and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work day and night shifts during the winter season.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional demeanor, uniform compliance and strong attention to confidentiality.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.

• Proficiency with word processing software.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
• Proficiency with database software.
• Proficiency with presentation software.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
