Working Student – Recruitment (50% part‑time)

About the role

Join Angst+Pfister as a Working Student in Recruitment and gain hands‑on experience across the full talent acquisition cycle. This part‑time position (50%) runs for one year and is designed for students eager to develop practical HR skills in an international industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
• Create, publish, and maintain job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with contract preparation and recruitment administration.
• Keep recruitment data clean and organized within the ATS.
• Source new talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• First experience in an administrative or commercial role and a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proactive, organized, curious and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS tools (any applicant tracking system).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates.
