About the role

The Commis de Rang at Izumi supports the seamless operation of the restaurant by ensuring guests receive food, beverages, and service items promptly and elegantly. Working within the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues, you will help maintain the high standards of luxury hospitality that define the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Supply tables with food, drinks, and service equipment while maintaining a polished appearance.
• Set and clear tables according to Four Seasons standards for both opening and closing shifts.
• Store and organize linen, porcelain, silverware, glassware, and other service items.
• Wear the prescribed uniform daily and uphold the hotel's image.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with courteous, attentive service.
