Paid Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Paid Media Manager to join Kempinski’s Geneva corporate office. The role will lead the strategy and execution of high‑value paid campaigns across display, metasearch and OTA channels, ensuring strong ROI and brand integrity for our luxury hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the global media agency relationship, monitor performance and drive process improvements.
• Plan, launch and optimise large‑scale paid campaigns, including display, metasearch and seasonal promotions.
• Lead OTA display initiatives with partners such as Expedia and Booking.com to boost visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Brand Marketing to maintain price parity, creative alignment and budget efficiency.
• Research and pilot emerging ad technologies and new campaign formats.
• Track and report on KPI performance, adjusting spend in real‑time to maximise ROAS.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media planning, preferably within luxury hospitality or travel.
• Proven track record managing high‑budget, multi‑stakeholder campaigns.
• Experience working with media agencies and a solid understanding of the OTA and metasearch ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent project management skills.
