Account Executive – Full‑Cycle Sales (German‑speaking DACH)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑cycle Account Executive to join our go‑to‑market team in Zurich. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from the first cold call to the signed contract, selling our AI‑driven back‑office platform to distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold‑call and run discovery calls with German‑speaking decision‑makers, then demo the solution and handle procurement, objections and negotiations.
• Build and manage your own pipeline using phone, email and LinkedIn outreach, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
• Meet and exceed quota, keep accurate forecasts and maintain a clean HubSpot CRM.
• Provide feedback from the field to shape messaging, objection handling and the overall sales playbook.
• Leverage AI tools and RevOps discipline to accelerate research, preparation and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of quota‑carrying, full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven record of beating targets.
• Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound outreach rather than relying on inbound leads.
• Fluent in German and English, comfortable conducting sales conversations in both languages.
• Self‑directed, comfortable with ambiguity and able to build a market from scratch.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; business or economics is a plus.
