About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones, direct calls, and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
- Provide a hospitable experience for office guests and visitors.
- Assist with office requests such as dial‑ins, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory control systems.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Professional demeanor with a customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
