About the role
We are looking for a Customer Advisor to handle client calls and partner enquiries in German, French, Italian and English. The role works primarily during evenings and weekends, providing support on card‑payment related topics.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries from customers and business partners in multiple languages.
- Receive, process and resolve client complaints related to credit, prepaid and debit cards.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products during interactions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department while ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal regulations.
Required profile
- Commercial or tourism background.
- Experience in customer service.
- Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English.
