Director, Regional Sales

About the role

Netskope is seeking a Director, Regional Sales to lead and expand its enterprise footprint across the Alpine and Eastern Europe territories. The role combines strategic sales planning with hands‑on leadership of a high‑performing sales team, driving revenue growth for the company’s cloud‑security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with revenue targets for the assigned region.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of account executives, business development representatives, and proposal specialists.
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise customers, tailoring solutions to their security and networking needs.
• Navigate complex procurement cycles, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
• Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise sales leadership experience, preferably in security or cloud‑based solutions.
• Demonstrated record of exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
• Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes and contract negotiations.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
