Event Project Manager (Zurich)

About the role

We are looking for an Event Project Manager to join Brandsoul in Zurich. You will turn creative concepts into seamless on‑site productions, managing timelines, budgets and quality to deliver memorable brand experiences for clients in FMCG, luxury, finance and life sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and execute event and brand experience projects from brief to on‑site delivery.
• Create production plans, timelines and resource schedules while maintaining budget oversight.
• Lead on‑site productions and activations, ensuring quality standards, deadlines and internal processes are met.
• Coordinate external partners, suppliers and vendors, handling logistics before and during events.
• Support client communication throughout the project lifecycle and flag budget risks early.
• Act as the operational link between clients, creative teams and production.

Required profile

• Degree in event management, staging, hospitality or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an event, experience or communications agency (internship acceptable).
• Reliable, structured and disciplined working style with a hands‑on, get‑it‑done attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure.
• Fluent in German and English (native level required).
