Vontobel Asset Management is seeking a visionary leader to shape and execute its global digital marketing and content strategy. The role focuses on creating client‑centric digital journeys, strengthening thought leadership, and leveraging data, AI, and emerging technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global digital marketing and content strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives.
• Build and optimise client‑centric digital journeys and content ecosystems that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Translate complex investment topics into compelling client experiences that reinforce Vontobel’s thought leadership.
• Utilise data, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance personalization, scalability, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Lead the evolution of Vontobel’s digital capabilities, championing transformative change across the organisation.

Required profile

• Strategic, commercially minded leader with a strong focus on transformation, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or communications, preferably in a global or asset‑management environment.
• Proven ability to manage high‑performing, cross‑functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across investment, product, sales, marketing, technology, and compliance functions.
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
