Founding Marketer (Growth & Brand Lead)

About the role

SaveSpace is looking for a founding marketer to shape and drive its growth engine. You will work directly with the founders to build brand awareness, optimise acquisition channels and create a scalable marketing system for a fast‑growing storage platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimise the growth funnel across the website, conversion tracking, lead quality, CRM hand‑over, referrals, reviews and lifecycle marketing.
• Develop and execute brand positioning, market insights, customer stories and partnership strategies to establish category leadership.
• Design the customer‑facing UX and brand experience across the website, booking flows, landing pages and campaign assets.
• Create content and creative assets for case studies, sales collateral and social media.
• Build a reusable, automated marketing system using templates, messaging frameworks and external specialists.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
• Experience as the #1 or #2 marketing hire at a D2C startup, preferably with a platform or marketplace model.
• Proven track record of shipping AI‑driven workflows into production.
• Strong instincts for demand generation across inbound, outbound, events and conversion.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, zero‑to‑one environments.
