German‑Speaking Customer Support Advisor – Sofia, Bulgaria

About the role

Join a leading global customer support team in Sofia and become the front‑line representative for a prestigious Swiss telecommunications provider. You will handle inbound inquiries from German‑speaking customers, delivering high‑quality service while identifying opportunities to add value.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and chats from German‑speaking customers.
• Analyse and resolve administrative and technical issues, including product features and billing.
• Maintain accurate records in internal databases and customer management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to sales targets where applicable.

Required profile

• Fluent German (native or C1 level) and good English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00, including weekends.
• Willingness to start onsite and transition to a hybrid schedule after four months.
