Head of Sales – Structured Products Platform

About the role
Evooq is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the go‑to‑market effort for its Elus structured‑products platform. The role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding revenue within existing accounts across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to signed contract for complex enterprise deals (CHF/EUR 300K–800K+ ARR).
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline using a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
- Conduct discovery workshops and coordinate product demonstrations with pre‑sales engineers.
- Manage proof‑of‑concept/pilot processes end‑to‑end, including scoping, success criteria, stakeholder alignment and conversion to production.
- Develop expansion plans for existing Elus accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Navigate formal procurement processes, negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with internal and client requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions with 6–12 month sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to run a repeatable, disciplined sales process and close high‑value SaaS contracts.
- Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders in complex institutional environments.
- Strong business case development and negotiation skills.
