Head of Talent Acquisition (Part‑time, Hybrid) – Zurich

About the role

This part‑time hybrid position is based in Zurich with the possibility to work remotely. As the Head of Talent Acquisition / HR Manager you will lead the company’s recruitment strategy, strengthen employer branding and oversee the full talent acquisition cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement effective hiring and recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Manage graduate recruitment programmes, from outreach to onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build and maintain high‑performing teams.
• Enhance employer branding to attract top talent and promote company culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employer branding and interview techniques.
• Strong communication, organisational and people‑management abilities.
• Experience in HR management within small businesses or startups is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
