Head of Talent Acquisition (Part‑time, Hybrid) – Zurich

About the role
This part‑time hybrid position is based in Zurich with the possibility to work remotely. As the Head of Talent Acquisition / HR Manager you will lead the company’s recruitment strategy, strengthen employer branding and oversee the full talent acquisition cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement effective hiring and recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
- Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
- Manage graduate recruitment programmes, from outreach to onboarding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to build and maintain high‑performing teams.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top talent and promote company culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employer branding and interview techniques.
- Strong communication, organisational and people‑management abilities.
- Experience in HR management within small businesses or startups is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
