Internal Audit Manager – Global Consumer Goods

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk‑based operational and financial audits across worldwide subsidiaries.
• Assess business processes, internal controls and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain global audit methodologies, programs, policies and tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders and senior management across functions and regions.
• Coordinate with external auditors on findings and remediation activities.
• Prepare high‑quality audit reports with practical recommendations and present findings to management.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic and special projects at Group level.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Swiss CPA or ACA qualification.
• Several years of experience in external audit within a Big 4 or international audit environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented personality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40‑50%).
