Junior Business Manager

About the role

As a Junior Business Manager you will drive growth for agap2 Switzerland by building new client relationships, recruiting top engineering talent, and leading a team of consultants. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where entrepreneurial mindset and independence are key to success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across various industry sectors, define sales strategies and lead business meetings with decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contract terms with both clients and candidates to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract engineering professionals, manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build, coach and manage a team of consultants, ensuring high levels of consultant and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Native‑level German proficiency.
• Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• 0‑3 years of professional experience.
• Strong interest in business development, entrepreneurship and engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
