Lead Generation Representative

About the role

INSUS is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Representative to drive new business opportunities for its consulting and expert services portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships with decision‑makers and positioning INSUS as a partner for digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn networking, referrals, email campaigns, and telephone outreach.
• Research target companies, industries, and decision‑makers to uncover commercial opportunities aligned with INSUS’s growth objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with technology leaders, procurement teams, HR stakeholders, and senior management.
• Qualify opportunities across AI consulting, IT consulting, expert services, team augmentation, managed services, and digital transformation.
• Coordinate discovery sessions and prepare meeting briefs for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline excellence.

Required profile

• Ambitious and self‑motivated with a passion for opening doors and creating opportunities.
• Strong consultative communication skills and ability to understand complex business challenges.
• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in technology or consulting services.
• Ability to work closely with sales directors and delivery teams across multiple markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and outbound prospecting techniques.
• Experience with email campaign tools and telephone outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for pipeline management.
